I am excited to share my passion for wellness, professional experience in women’s mind/body health & wellness and skills as a behavior change specialist with you. I am a Masters level mental health professional with training in Mind/Body Medicine for the Harvard Mind/Body Medical Institute. I am the past Director of Women’s Health Education at the University of Virginia Medical Center and have taught courses on stress and mind/body health at the University of Virginia Medical School and the University of Maryland Graduate School of Social Work. So as you can see I bring quality experience to the table, all of which helps me help you.
Until recently I only offered my women’s wellness programs and services at exclusive spas and resorts such as the Four Seasons Hualalai, Golden Door Spa, Lake Austin Spa, Red Mountain Adventure Spa and the One & Only Maldives. It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I am now opening my practice and services up to all of you via the wonderful world of the web. It is very exciting to have clients all over the world and to be offer you affordable and convenient one on one support wherever you are in the world in the comfort of your own home.
